Hello All, I am a new new new real estate investor. I have researched real estate investing for some time now and I'm ready to make some moves, but what is holding me back is the fact I don't have a mentor to guide me along the way. If there is anyone out there that has the time to be a mentor to me I would appreciate it very much and maybe we can even work some deals together. I know you time is valuable and I would be willing to compensate. Thanks

There are several mentors that show up to many of the local clubs. I suggest a two step approach.
Show to many meetings and clubs, see which mentors are there and talk to them. Talk to other investors about mentors, find out some of their students and talk to them.
You want to be sure you are putting your trust and money in good hands.
